In traditional Quranic recitation, there are specific guidelines for where to stop and where to start reciting. This is important to ensure that the recitation is done correctly and according to the established rules and guidelines of Quranic recitation. For example, in the traditional method of Quranic recitation, known as Tajweed, each chapter (surah) is divided into smaller sections known as "ayahs." The recitation of the Quran typically starts from the first ayah of the first surah (Al-Fatihah) and continues until the end of the final surah (Al-Nas). During the recitation, there are also specific rules for stopping and starting at certain points within each ayah. For example, a reciter must pause briefly at the end of each ayah and take a deep breath before beginning the next one. Additionally, there are specific rules for pronunciation and vocalization, including the pronunciation of certain letters and the elongation of certain syllables. In short, traditional Quranic recitation has specific guidelines for where to stop and where to start in order to ensure that the recitation is done accurately and in accordance with the established rules and principles of Quranic recitation.
