Abstract

Is it compulsory for a Follower to follow a particular Jurist all through his life? If it is not compulsory then under what situation and problem can a person follow a different Jurist.If he has followed the ruling and way of one Jurist in a given situation but now wishes to follow a different Jurist such a situation is called Tafliq. Tafliq is either employed in Ijtihad or in the following the latter is the topic of our discussion.
