Abstract

The accordance of the Holy Quran and Hadith with the will of Allah is of two types, sometimes word-related and sometimes meaning-related. The majority of Theorists rightly call the first textual and the second substantive. This thesis presents a few traditions of the Holy Prophets from Sahih-al-Bukhari to portray that imam Bukhari followed certain rules in Abwab-ul-Trajum (Rules of Deriving meanings) of his book. It depicts that Imam Bukhari acknowledged these logical principles despite that those principles were not yet defined in books.
